Surrender Your Pet to the Shelter

River Bluff Humane Society helps many dogs and cats in need find loving homes each year. We understand that parting ways with an animal can be especially difficult and we’re committed to working with you to ensure the best possible solution for you and your pet.

To begin the process of surrendering your pet, this form must be completed to the best of your knowledge and a recent photograph of the animal must be included.

Please complete the form below, including a photo. Completing this form does not guarantee that River Bluff Humane Society will accept your pet. Acceptance into the shelter is at the discretion of management.

Surrender Fees:

$75.00: Intact animal
$50.00: Spayed or neutered animal
